Local Information
Accommodation
If you registered with accommodation, you should have received an email from us with information about where to check-in and where you will be staying. If you have not received this or have any questions, please email us.
Venue
Registration and all talks will take place in the Stewart Mason Building (SMB).
Presentations

If you have agreed to give a presentation, then please leave around 5 minutes of your 30 minutes slot for questions. There will be an Internet enabled computer with Adobe Reader and Microsoft Powerpoint provided, together with a projector, visualiser and laser pointer. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick if you wish to use the provided computer. Otherwise, you can also use your own laptop.
Food
Lunches will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and will be served in the foyer of the main conference building (the Stewart Mason Building). There will also be regular tea and coffee breaks in the same place. Please see the conference schedule for details.
There will be a drinks reception on Wednesday evening with canapees. For dinner, there are many restaurants in the town center, or else Burleigh Court on campus has a bar serving food until 10pm.
There will be a conference dinner on the Thursday evening which will take place in the Hazlerigg Council Chamber in the Hazlerigg Building. Drinks will be served from 6:30pm and dinner will start at 7pm. Please be on time since the food is not cooked on site.
Travel

Parking
If you would like to travel by car, campus security will direct you to suitable car parking when you arrive at the gatehouse.
Internet Access
The University provides wireless Internet access via Eduroam. You may like to read the instructions at this link.
